Data Driven Insights to Optimize Engagement of Workplace Charity Campaigns.

CHALLENGES:

CFC (Combined Federal Campaign) is the world's largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign, with 38 CFC zones covering the world, raising millions of dollars each year, supporting eligible nonprofit organizations that provide human health and welfare benefits throughout the world.

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) serves as the chief human resources agency and personnel policy manager for the Federal Government and designated responsibility for day-to-day management of the program to CFC.

The CFC program tracks donations to individual charities across the US.

The organization already had a platform for tracking charities and pledge donations, but they needed to expand the solution in order to analyze information by geographical zones.

SOLUTION:

In order to ensure a process as transparent as possible, Heinsohn designed, developed and implemented an open platform that included recruitment, selection, scheduling of interviews, citizen observations, reports and metrics.
The development of this platform took only 5 weeks and was able to accomplish its mission of recruiting all employees
